The Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s first national park lies at the foot of the Mahabharat range in the inner Terai lowlands of Chitwan. Covering an area of 932 sq. km this is the most well preserved conservation area in all of Asia.
The park is rich in flora and fauna and has a fascinating variety of mammals and birds. The park preserves some of the last habitats for endangered species like the greater one-horned rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal tiger.
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Our representative will meet you at Kathmandu international airport. He will answer your questions, brief you about immediate arrangements and escort you to the hotel. Nagarkot is situated at 32 km east of Kathmandu and at an altitude of 2175 m above sea level, Nagarkot is a popular destination for the view of sunrise and sunset and panoramic view of Himalayas including Mount Everest. Overnight at Nagarkot.
Day02: Drive Chitwan
After Breakfast Drive to Chitwan. Chitwan is 150 kilometers away from Kathmanud. It takes around 5 and half hour to reach to Chitwan National Park. Upon reaching Bus station at Chitwan you will be picked up and transfer to Hotel. You will be welcomed by a non alcoholic drinks. You will be given short briefing about the chitwan trip and you can enjoy your lunch at Hotel. After having Lunch you will be taken to visit Elephant stable, tharu village tour, museum tour and enjoy sunset in the evening. Overnight at Chitwan.
Day03: Chitwan Tour
In morning after breakfast and continue Jungle Activities. Dugout cannoning ride with Elephant Breeding Centre, Elephant back safari, tharu cultural program (local community of chitwan). Overnight at Chitwan.
Day 04: Drive Kathmandu
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu takes about 4 hours of drive. Arrive Kathmandu; transfer you to the hotel and after that you will be free for your own activities. Overnight in Kathmandu, Thamel .
Day05: Final departure
As per your flight schedule we will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for the departure flight to home
